The Sympllate application source code is licensed separately under the MIT
License. The MIT License does NOT apply to the bundled TranslateGemma model.

This Full distribution includes a TranslateGemma model / Gemma Model Derivative.
The model is subject to the Gemma Terms of Use:
https://ai.google.dev/gemma/terms

The following restrictions are binding conditions governing use of the bundled
model:

1. You must not use, and must not permit others to use, the bundled model for
   any restricted use described in the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy:
   https://ai.google.dev/gemma/prohibited_use_policy

2. You must not use, and must not permit others to use, the bundled model in
   violation of applicable laws or regulations.

These restrictions incorporate Section 3.2 of the Gemma Terms of Use.

A copy of the Gemma Terms of Use is included in this directory as
GEMMA_TERMS_OF_USE.txt.

By using the bundled model, you acknowledge that the model is subject to the
Gemma Terms of Use and the restrictions above.

Nothing in this file changes the MIT license applicable to Sympllate's own
source code. Nothing in Sympllate's MIT license grants rights to the bundled
TranslateGemma model beyond the rights provided by the Gemma Terms of Use.
